Certified by both InterNACHI and Inspection Certification Associates and licensed by the state of South Carolina, our inspector was employed in the building trades, both residential and commercial as well as having experience in industrial operations, maintenance, and safety. These areas of knowledge give him vast experience working with various agencies and observances of rigorous safety protocols and facility conditions. As a result of this experience, you can be sure component function and safety will be thoroughly addressed when we inspect a home. As we follow the NACHI Standards of Practice, you are assured of a quality inspection. All inspections are finalized with a professional report.
